My husband and I met Jeff two years ago when we reached out to him for help with several art installations for our new house. Since that time, we have worked with him at least half a dozen times on numerous projects. With each install, Jeff is committed to every detail of the project. We are so pleased with his work and are always confident in his ability to get it done right. Quality - as well as an artistic vision - are never compromised in his work. Little did we know at that time, that not only would we find someone to help us install art in our living room, but one that we would work with time and time again for a whole range of projects. This is because Jeff quickly demonstrated expertise in his craft and obsesses over the final result while accepting nothing but perfection. Can’t say enough good things about Jeff and what he does. Immediately contacted me after I found him on Thumbtack, where we set up a consultation. Everything about him is professional, and he was able to hang a 4 foot by 4 foot glass painting in our new home without issues. He’s on time, and communicates well. Jeffry Basinkewitz is an architectural genius! We met on Thumbtack, and have been so impressed by his professionalism (who actually texts reminders before appointments? This guy!), passion for everything that is art, and humility. He drove all the way from Lone Pine to the Broadmoor to get a sense of the work, and returned a week later with a customized solution to a very challenging installation. I’m so impressed by the way the work turned out that I immediately posted on NextDoor (for the first time) to share my experience. Do you want perfection, or are you OK with "good enough"? Do you love your art and want it to be enhanced by perfect placement? Jeff is one of the best art hangers I've found, and -- as a recovering perfectionist -- I was extremely happy to find him. We had roughly 20 framed art pieces, 7 of which had to be framed in a single linear group that required perfect alignment. In addition, we have a Calder mobile reproduction; this needed to be hung from the ceiling, above a stairwell.  Given that it's roughly 21-feet -- from the ceiling to the stair below -- this required some thought, as there are no step-ladders that could handle this job. Jeff worked out a simple (yet strong) platform that could be placed, without any damage to the paint or surfaces.  This allowed the job to be done safely and correctly.

In short, I can't recommend Jeff highly enough. He's easy to work with and is both creative and meticulous. I'm happy to have found someone who can handle any project I can come up with!

Jeff is compassionate about art and it shows through how he treats each piece. He wants to ensure that both the beauty, and the story about the art piece, are displayed.

Jeff has installed ~20 pieces of art in our home. His work is precise and he uses an array of tools to complete each job. Jeff is professional and amiable. He always arrives on schedule, takes extra care not to cause any damage, and cleans up afterwards.

Jeff is a pro and handled the whole project with precision and professionalism.  Would highly recommend for any wall mounting projects.  Jeff mounted an 8 foot long replica of a trophy fish we caught in MX.  The piece weighed 100lbs and Jeff took care of the project with great care and precision.
